Thor was a good movie. A nice fourth movie in the beginning of The Avengers saga... yeah let's go with saga. It had good battle sequences and plenty of thrill. Not knowing much about Norse Gods it informed me a lot about it. It was a typical supperhero movie, though. A problem, a villian, a hero (OBVIOUSLY ;)), and battle. I'd never, really, heard of Chris Hemsworth or Tom Hiddleston but from what I saw they seemed to be pretty skilled actors. I'd heard of Anthony Hopkins and Natlie Portman and they did a good job, too. The character interactions were typical. I especially liked the between Thor and Loki. Since they were brothers, the vibe was different and more personal. Here's a list of the characters (in random order):
